How to use Piggy Paint Nail Polish

for longer lasting wear

Here at Piggy Paint, we take nail polish seriously! Because we’ve taken out all the nasties that we can’t even pronounce, we need a few extra steps to help the mini mani stick!

Don’t worry, we’ve found a way to increase the staying power of your mani and to maximise chip resistance!

Simply follow the steps below and watch this Cute video on how to apply.

Spoiler alert – The magical secret ingredient is… your hairdryer!!

STEPS;

  1. Prep the nails by washing hands with soap & water, then dry thoroughly.
  2. Apply Basecoat (for extended wear)
  3. Blowdry for 60 sec
  4. Apply a thin coat of colour polish
  5. Dry with hairdryer on low setting (optional for best wear)
  6. Apply second coat if desired (repeat hairdryer)
  7. Finish with Shine topcoat for extra chip resistance
  8. Dry with hairdryer on low setting
  9. Enjoy your fresh non-toxic mani !

`Think of the hairdryer as a replacement for the gel curing lamp at the salon – minus all the radiation yukkies.

When my 2.5yo daughter started eyeing off my nail polish i felt uneasy about letting her independantly paint with it knowing the mess it would make and the smell is too strong, i then seen a friend post about Piggy Paint on Insta.
